Plot Summary:
Ragini IPS (Ragini) is a strict cop whose aim is to rid the society of corrupt politicians and goons, and help women lead a decent life. She takes on an MP (Avinash), and his son Jagadish (Narayanaswamy), a corporator who is a womanizer. She brings their misdeeds to the fore, earning their wrath in the process. To take revenge, Jagadish and his goons lay a trap for Ragini and rape her. The story takes a turn when Ragini and a few women catch hold of the rowdy elements and castrate them. more
